After discovering the profound healing power of yoga, I’ve spent the past 13 years practising different styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga. My passion for holistic well-being is reflected in my personalized approach towards teaching yoga. I blend mindful movement with yogic habits as guidance to create a life style that nurtures the mind-body-spirit.
I believe in creating a welcoming space for those who join me, to feel heard and seen. Guided by the principle that yoga is a journey inward, I combine ancient yogic wisdom with modern insights to help you develop physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional resilience.
